Job Responsibilities

• Handle store and warehouse procurement of supplies and services, including but not limited to distilled water, stationery, shopping bag, packing material, cleansing service, pest control service, FS, etc
• Control cost and ensure quality & just in time supply of store supplies & service
• Arrange all necessary payments for the purchases
• Coordinate repair and maintenance projects for the stores and warehouses including the regular inspection and all the follow ups
• Handle BR applications, music licensing and Airport Permit applications for contractors & vendors
• Support all other ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Work Location: Airport
