Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production line in maximizing production efficiency
- Analyse production capacity and ensure on-time delivery
- Formulate and implement standard operating procedure
- Review and monitor the work flow of production staff
- Communicate with different teams to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Manufacturing / Engineering / Catering / Food Science or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in central kitchen, food factory or restaurant chain
- With strong understanding of food production, packaging and waste treatment waste treatment
- Experience in handling HACCP or ISO 22000 is highly preferable
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong leadership and with good interpersonal skill
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, 5 days work week
