Job duties / Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring work under ISO standard.
• Arrange monthly food microbiological tests and equipment calibration
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
• Provide Food Safety training to Team Members
• Perform data analysis periodically for quality risk assessment
• Assist in QA documentation update and reports preparation

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Food Science or Nutritional Sciences
• Familiar with HK FEHD labeling regulations
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance System in food / retail industry will be an advantage
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Responsible, Mature, self-motivated and independent
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel processing
• Immediate available will also be considered
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Assurance Assistant
