Job Duties:

• Operate telephone switchboard and ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and efficiently
• Familiarize self with Hotel product including & not limited to prevailing room categories, room tariff plus set up, facilities & amenities; Food & .Beverage outlets, other facilities and their respective locations
• Provide services & not limited to wake up calls, information on telephone numbers, message checking and taking for guests & Management, in house promotion and daily event, weather forecast, etc
• Familiarize self with “Opera” PM System & related interface systems for daily Telephone Operator operation
• Handle all complaints relating to telephone service and take necessary action

Requirements:

• Diploma educated or above
• 2-3 year relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hotel industry
• Proficient in computer skills & preferably with hands-on experience in Opera
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Friendly with courteous manner
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
