Requirement

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Fine Dining Kitchen with 4 years’ relevant experience.

Holder of Hygiene Certificate or equivalent Certificate

Excellent communication and leadership skills  

Fluent in English

Job Duties

To be in charge of the Fine Dining kitchen section, responsible for supervising and coordinating the operation of food production.

To closely view business forecast to keep staff at required levels and maintain tight pay-roll control.

To established standards of food quality and preparation.

To liaise with the Cost controller and Fine Dining Manager, develop new menu and make suggestions to the Director of Food and Beverage on menu charges.
