Job Description & Requirement

Minimum 5 years related experience with at least 2 years in Managerial level;

Associate diploma or  above;

Supervises the daily operations of the restaurant;

Oversees the seating arrangement, setting up of tables and presentation in cooking;

Ensures overall cleanliness including furniture & fixture within the outlet, working area, personal hygiene of staff, etc;

Schedules dining reservations and able to develop guest relations;

Always maintains and ensures the quality of the restaurant service;

Designs training plans and provides necessary training to staff.
