BAR MANAGER 

To ensure that operation is focused towards a quality of product and service delivery, to assist formulating and setting up all operational systems, policies and procedures, to produce the designed drink menus, to assist coaching and training the team, to liaise with senior management team to ensure quality, consistency and development of products.

Candidate must have management/ mixologist experience in similar level with top quality establishments in either Western & Asian cuisine for this role to support our operation concept, brand promise and standards; Must fluent English; Basic command of spoken and written in Chinese is an advantage.
