Job Descriptions:

• Handle incoming calls for taking customer order and answer inquiries received by phone and by mail
• Handle complaint cases and problem solving
• Coordinate with operations, sales & logistic departments on delivery arrangement
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Analyze customer feedback, reports and root causes of complaints, identify areas for improvement and recommendations for enhancing service quality
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in customer service
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Chinese word processing
• Mature with good telephone manner and be a good team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Eager to learn and able to work under pressure
• Shift duties required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Clerk / Customer Service Officer
