Job Description
Responsibilities:
- General administration support to the Management team through preparation of menus, event orders, group packages and to ensure distribution of the items to all parties throughout the group.
- Assisting with the creation and follow up of both general and event bookings as requested through phone email for all venues.
- Managing the calendar for both departments, scheduling internal & external meetings, site visits, tracking of confirmed and tentative events.
- On site duties such as site visits, meet and greet and help of supervision for small groups during peak season / days
- Assisting with the day to day running of either department when required due to site leave or annual leave of management team
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Rostered days / hours may vary
- Role will involve working both on site & in Head Office.
Requirements:
- Fluent command of written and spoken English is a must. Cantonese and any other languages would be seen as a further asset to the role.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate with guests and colleagues across all levels
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point. Knowledge of online booking systems would be an advantage but on the job training will be provided
