Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle the Meet and Greet Service
- Greet, receive and bid farewell guests in the front reception counter
- Assist guests with their internet access requirements and luggage arrangement
- Make boarding announcement
- Carry out regular checks of all areas of the Lounge
- Assist to promote various services and facilities of our airport lounges to customers
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Relevant experiences in hotel or catering is an advantage
- Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Shift duties are required
- Working location : Airport
