Job description

• Able to prepare, cook and present dishes at good standards
• In charge to contact and order ingredients from providers
• Maintain food quality and high standards of kitchen hygiene
• Able to perform kitchen duties and procedures with minimum supervision
• Aid in achieving food costs and kitchen objectives
• Have through understanding and participate in menu planning
• Ensure smooth operation in the Kitchen
• Assures all food items are prepared in an attractive and appetizing manner

Requirements

• A minimum 5 years’ experience required is essential
• Independent with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Positive and passionate attitude towards work 
• A good spoken and written English
• With experiences in western restaurants

• Working from 9am to 6pm no shift
• Competitive package: 20 000 HKS ++/ month
• Annual salary review and Bonus
• Work 6 days a week (Sunday off) no working on SH
• Minimum of 10 days off
