Responsibilities 職責:

Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure the daily operation of service standard, food quality, customer satisfaction & staff productivity in order to sustain the competitiveness of the restaurant
協助餐廳經理日常運作，包括服務質素、食物品質、顧客滿意度和員工生產力的日常運作，以維持餐廳的競爭力 -
Maintain hygiene standard of the Restaurant
保持餐廳衛生整潔 -
Assist Restaurant Manager in Opening & Closing of the restaurant operation
協助餐廳經理於營業前及關舖後的運作
Requirements 要求:
- Min 5 years relevant experience in F&B industry
至少5年餐飲業相關經驗 - Good in spoken English and Cantonese
良好中英文對答 - Service oriented with outgoing personality, self-motivated, good team-player
開朗性格、主動及良好團隊合作精神 - Working location : Ma Wan (Park Island)
工作地點: 馬灣(珀麗灣)
(Convenient working location, only 15 minutes from Kwai Fong / Tsing Yi MTR station by Park Island shuttle bus)
