Jobs Responsibilities 職責：

• Liaise with vendors and distributors for order processing
  聯繫供應商及分銷商進行訂購程序
• Handle order documents, including POand Invoice etc
  處理訂單文件，包括採購訂單及收據等
• Purchasing and sourcing the food and tableware
  採購食品及餐具
• Arrange delivery schedule and handle inventory control
  安排運送時間表及存貨管理
• Ad hoc duties
  其他特別事項

Job Requirements 工作要求:

• F.5 or above
  中五或以上
• At least 1 years or above experience in sales coordinator or purchasing in F&B industries
  最少1年或以上餐飲銷售或採購的經驗
• Knowledge of Hong Kong food sourcing standards
  熟悉香港食品採購的標準
• Familiar with the local F&B Market will be a plus
  熟悉本地餐飲市場優先
• Knowledge of Purchasing planning, Sales and Promotion is an advantage
  對採購計劃，銷售及推廣有認識者會優先考慮
• Clear understanding of shipping/logistics a definite plus
  對物流/運輸有清楚理解的會優先考慮
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  良好溝通及人際技巧
• Detail Oriented, Self-motivated and outgoing person 
  細心，有上進心和外向
• Good command of English & Cantonese (both spoken and written)
  良好中英文書寫及語文能力
• Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  熟悉電腦操作包括MS Word、Excel，及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
• Immediate available is preferable
  能即時上班者優先考慮
