Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate & liaise with in charge Guest Services Officer on acceptance of on-day reservation in order to maximize sales
• Review “Daily VIP Room Set up Master List” prior to distribute to concerned departments for their follow up and handling
• Co-ordinate & liaise with in charge Guest Services Officer on acceptance of on-day reservation in order to maximize sales & yielding
• Liaise closely with service vendors, providers & counterparts for updating of information relating to telecommunication, service and maintenance of all equipments.
• Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and efficiently
• Handle all complaints relating to telephone service and take necessary action

Requirements:

• Diploma educated or above
• 3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, preferably in the hotel industry
• Proficient in computer skills & preferably with hands-on experience in Opera
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Friendly with courteous manner
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
