Job Scope:

• To provide advice to customers regarding their requirements, prepare cost estimations and register bookings where necessary
• To respond to customer queries and handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Develop customer relationships with the ability to establish a professional  network at the top level
• To identify and access potential sales opportunities
• Handle and deal with service issues in a timely manner.  Monitor the work processes of CS team
• To be flexible and assist operations team with ad hoc project when necessary

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Experienced in customer service in Hotel, Airline and Travel Agency is preferred
• Proactive with good attention to detail and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
