Job Description
Job Scope:
- To provide advice to customers regarding their requirements, prepare cost estimations and register bookings where necessary
- To respond to customer queries and handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Develop customer relationships with the ability to establish a professional network at the top level
- To identify and access potential sales opportunities
- Handle and deal with service issues in a timely manner. Monitor the work processes of CS team
- To be flexible and assist operations team with ad hoc project when necessary
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Experienced in customer service in Hotel, Airline and Travel Agency is preferred
- Proactive with good attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
