The successful applicant must:

• Have a minimum of three years experiences in the hospitality industry and be able to provide references
• Excellent knowledge of the day to day running of a restaurant
• Understanding of stock control, ordering, etc.
• Ability to train and provide guidance for staff & staff rostering
• Knowledge of functions and catering
• Knowledge and able to handle the daily restaurant paperwork
• Ability to converse with people from all walks of life
• Good command of English and 100% fluent in Cantonese
• Well organized, efficient & hardworking
• Must possess a HKID Card
