Job Duties:
Maximize the catering & events sales of the hotel by strategic planning, implementing and monitoring all sales activities. Assist in developing and executing product and market promotion plans

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Banquet Sales
• Degree holder in hotel or catering studies preferred
• Good knowledge of catering trend research and market intelligence
• Ambitious with strong drive to achieve targets, revenue and profits
• Energetic, chic and stylish preferably with experience in serving high-end market
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
