Responsibilities:

• Providing in-house user support on all IT aspects including hardware, software and network troubleshooting. 
• Performing regular system monitoring, data backup server administration, company web site basic maintain.
• Handling IT asset management, system documentation and work on ad-hoc IT-related task.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information System or related disciplines. 
• Minimum 2 years of IT working experience, preferably in trading/manufacturing office. 
• Experience with Linux setup is preferred.
• Experience with the Firewall and VPN setup.
• Well-versed in Windows platform, Microsoft Office, on configuration and end user support.
• Experience in supporting ERP system is preferred.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL programming and reporting is an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Self-disciplined, team-player and able to take up extra duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred
