Requirement & Skills

• Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline or above
• At least 1 year IT working experience.
• Proven experience as IT Supports or relevant position
• Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to communicate in both English & Chinese(including Mandarin)
• Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies
• CCENT/CCNA qualifications are strongly preferred

Responsibilities & Experience

• Responsible for PC software and hardware supports and trouble shooting
• Monitoring of the Server status and backup data on a daily basis
• Design and install well-functioning computer networks, connections and cabling
• Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network
• Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs
• Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement
• Work with IT Administrator to design and maintain the network infrastructure.
• Experience in Windows server 2008/2012 R2 is an advantage
• Experience in MS Exchange Server 2010/2013 in an advantage
• Experience in Firewall configuration is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with VLAN routing is an advantage
