Job Description
Responsibilities
- To communicate with customers via various channels such as phone calls, email and ticketing system accordingly
- To response promptly to global customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
- To identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- To prioritize the alert and complaint and may escalate to technical support if required
- To handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
-
Higher diploma or above (Fresh Graduate also welcome) in any disciplines
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good telephone manner
- Be patient and work as a team
- Willing to be on shift
