Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Study customers’ electronic business document specifications and perform requirements analysis
- Communicate customers’ requirements clearly to internal development teams and project stakeholders
- Design and set up workflow for electronic documents processing
- Conduct UAT with trading partners before product implementation
- Prepare project documentation
- Assist daily transaction failure trouble-shooting
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business or IT disciplines, preferably in Supply Chain Management/ Information System/ Computer Science
- Good presentation skills at both operational and management levels
- Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills with attention to details
- Being able to translate technical issues to non-technical audience and vice versa
- Immediately available is preferred
