Job Description
Our client is a global supplies and services provider. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a Support Officer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Helpdesk analysis
- Provide incident reported or proactive maintenance alerts
- Perform and troubleshooting first tier support
- Provide hardware maintenance such as hardware replacement
- Follow up the case and provide regular updates until it is closed.
- Support VMware and Operating System operation upon request / mutually agreed schedule.
- Provide Active Directory (AD) support
- Delivery managed services to end- users by Phone/ E-mail
- Perform system and hardware updates, upgrades and monthly check up
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years support experience in IT industry
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English
- Fresh Grad will also be considered
