Description:
The Web Developer is responsible for all aspects of development for 6waves social
application. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, work well in a collaborative
team environment, and be able to adapt to changes quickly in a high pressure
evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and code new features and enhancements across all our product offerings
- Participate in all aspects of a project life-cycle, from specifications through QA
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top tier university
- Strong programming skills
- PHP / MySQL knowledge is a must
- Strong SQL and database design skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Driven and self-motivated, a self-starter who can work without needing direct
- supervision
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (Javascript, CSS)
- Strong familiarity with Web 2.0 / Social Networking websites.
