Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Provide application support on various financial systems (futures trading system, and back office system)
- Liaise with application vendors / Exchange on any production issue, work with them on solutions proposals and issue fixes
- Design, implement and troubleshooting and configure networking equipment, such as firewalls, routers and switches
- Monitor the healthiness of systems, report and troubleshoot irregularities & problems
- Maintain and ensure systems smooth operations in both front and back office environment
- Assist to manage the IT infrastructure, operation and system project.
Job Specifications:
- Degree holders in Information Technology / Computer Science or other related disciplines, CCNA/CCNP is an advantage
- Knowledge of and experience with multiple switch, router and firewall vendors such as Cisco/Juniper is a plus.
- Knowledge of LAN / WAN management and support.
- Experience in hardware & software troubleshooting, Microsoft Windows Server (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group policy)
- Responsible and detail-oriented, a good team player
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Immediate available is preferable
