Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and ensure successful development/deployment of IT projects, such as Document Management System, Workflow, Accounting and Human Resources systems;
• Ensure implementation projects to be delivered on time, in scope and within budget
• Review the design of infrastructure frameworks which can support business growth
• Provide full spectrum IT services including but not limited to network infrastructure, applications, various IT projects;
• Liaise with internal users and external vendors in business process and system integration projects;
• Formulate and oversee IT budget and expenses
  
  

Requirements: 

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 6 years' working experience, preferably with experience in both in-house and IT solution providers
• Hands on experience in implementation of IT systems such as DMS and Accounting systems would be an advantage
• Excellent leadership skills, vendor management, negotiation, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Sound knowledge in Java Programming
• Strong in technical knowledge including network design, cyber security, firewalls, Window server, MS Exchange, MS SQL LAN/WAN, VPN etc.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management in a non-technical language
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior I.T. Officer
