Major Responsibility 

• Provide technical support and maintenance including systems, networks, applications, hardware and software setups and troubleshooting
• Perform onsite system or remote desktop support to front line branches and offices
• Assist in daily IT operation issues and ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience in technical support
• Able to work independently and willing to work outside normal office hours
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

Working Hours

• 3-5 working days per week, from 9am-6pm (including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
