主要職務  Responsibilities：

• Manage all aspects of daily kitchen activities
• 管理咖啡店的一切廚房運作事宜
• Maintain high standard of food quality and well food preparation
• 維持廚房的食品及環境衛生
• Coaching team members for continuous product enhancement
• 培訓專業的和積極的團隊

入職要求  Requirements：

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Cafe Kitchen operations, at least 2 years experiences in the head chef level.
• 最少五年咖啡店廚房工作經驗，其中包括2年或以上主廚經驗
• Good knowledge and experience in cooking
• 具備豐富食品烹調技巧及經驗
• Good team player, responsible, hardworking 
• 有團隊合作精神, 有責任感及勤奮
• Less experience will be consider as Cafe Chef
• 較少經驗者會考慮為咖啡店廚師
