The Job

The successful candidate will assist in providing a full range of professional HR services and solutions to internal customers and handle daily HR operations.  Key responsibilities include recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, corporate governance, etc.  Major activities will include:

• Assist in managing key HR end-to-end processes, develop and implement effective manpower planning, recruitment and retention strategies to meet the diverse talent needs in a dynamic business environment
• Build and maintain effective partnership with internal customers, and advise line managers on people management issues
• Prepare employment agreement and related documents and staff correspondences, maintain up-to-date HR records and compile HR management reports
• HR team support and ad hoc projects as and when required

The Person

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related discipline
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in various human resources functions, preferably gained in established sizeable corporations or multi-national companies
• Strong business sense, good numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proven ability to work under minimum supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Immediate availability preferred
