Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting or above
• 1 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese word processing), and hands on experience in Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
• Immediate or short available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience and/or fresh graduate would be considered for the position of Trainee Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Support the Accountant to provide in-house accounting service and report, preparation of voucher/journal/cheque and G/L maintenance, month-end closing, bank & inter-company reconciliations, management reports under supervision etc.
• Other office administrative duties such as records and documents keeping and maintenance and other ad hoc task / duties / projects as might be assigned.
• Occasional non-office work such as onsite/offsite inventory / stock take, cash count, urgent report /documentation delivery, banking transaction etc. is required.
• Apart from the business of advisory, also provide accounting service and support to other businesses and investments in F&B, Retails & Trading.
