Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform all-rounded receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling external and internal phone calls inquiry in professional and polite manner
- Arrange courier matters and coordinate the works to Office Assistant for goods delivery if need
- Provide general administrative and clerical support such as expenses claim, data input etc
- Assist ad hoc projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements :
- Fluent spoken in English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Mature, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
- Minimum 4 years working experience in a reception/administrative role
- Form 5 or above
- Flexible, initiative and multi-task
- Good command of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
