Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform all-rounded receptionist duties including greeting visitors, handling external and internal phone calls inquiry in professional and polite manner
  • Arrange courier matters and coordinate the works to Office Assistant for goods delivery if need
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support such as expenses claim, data input etc
  • Assist ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

Job Requirements :

  • Fluent spoken in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Mature, Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in a reception/administrative role
  • Form 5 or above
  • Flexible, initiative and multi-task
  • Good command of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Immediately available is preferred
