ob Duties:

-  Provide the administrative support to different departments

-  Assisted to review, formulate and implement group administration policies and procedures to achieve the highest  

   standard of efficiency and effectiveness

-   Assisted office renovation project, monitor and followed up defects and reinstatement, etc

-   Provided full spectrum of office administrative support

-   Liaised and coordinated with external vendors and service providers and ensure the service quality meets

    the standard by regular review

-   Organized meetings, conferences and company events

-   Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirement:

-    Immediate Available is highly preferred

-    Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines

-    3-4 years working experience in administration field

-    Detail-minded, responsible and able to work under pressure

-    Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with proven ability to

     perform financial modeling and financial analysis

-    Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint

-    Experience in Banking and Finance industry with good communication and customer relationship skill 

-    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua highly pre
