Job Description

Our premium client is a global leading MNC specialized in lifestyle consumer goods category, running primarily in sales and distribution business model. Due to growing business as well as propelling demand on upgrading organization capability, they are now looking for a Talent Development expert to join their Asia Pacific team located in Hong Kong and fill up the newly created position.

Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Director, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for the strategic and operation aspects of overall Talent Development function across Asia Pacific. You will work closely with HQ as well as local countries of APAC region to ensure the promotion and amplification of global talent development initiatives. You will analyze and manage the end-to-end training program. You will explore and manage potential vendors for the training programs. You will manage social media platform for strengthening corporate/ employer brand. You will take lead in driving different talent development campaigns. You will participate in ad-hoc projects upon business needs. You will also coordinate and manage the performance and talent process management.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor Degree holder of Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 10 years of commercial human resources experience preferably gained in MNCs or sizable firms. You should possess strong business mindset and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people across different functions and levels. You should be analytical and attention to details. You should be proactive with a high level of energy. You should have strong leadership and communication skills. You should speak fluent Chinese and English. Candidates with more experience could be considered as Associate Director title.
