Job Description
1. Technical Assistant Manager /Officer/Consultant/Helpdesk Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support PC/Notebook hardware & software for deployment, installation, troubleshooting and configuration
- Respond user via telephone & email for incident and reports
- different Level support and escalation to Internal or vendors, keep track the status within the agreed service levels
- Inventory management and handle VC meeting setup, Wifi AP support
- Helpdesk function support
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- Products : HP PC, Notebook, Printers, and network configuration.
- Preferred product knowledge on Riverbed, Cisco ASA Firewall, PA Firewall, and F5 or MCSE/CCNA or ;
- Minimum 1 year working experience in helpdesk centre in banking environment is definite an advantage;
- Immediate available preferred
