Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the in-house technical team and contractors for repair and maintenance work
• Advise and manage A&A work
• Review the quality and service level of contractors regularly
• Prepare quotation, tender documents, cost estimation and maintenance budget
• Handle all technical issues in compliance with Government regulations and rules
• Mainly station in Tai Kok Tsui and required to handle technical issues in several property sites

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline (Degree holder of Building Services is an advantage)
• At least 6 years relevant experience with 3 years supervisory position in repair and maintenance of building services / building fabric and A&A work
• Full knowledge on contract and tender requirements for A&A work and regular repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge in air conditioning, electrical system, building regulation and statutory requirement
• Holder of Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker – Grade B
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese and in PC application in MS Office
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
