Responsibilities

• Provide software and hardware maintenance and technical support when necessary
• Provide PC, POS system, server and network support services;
• Provide first level end user support;
• Responsible for Server and Database administration and monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma on computer science or IT related disciplines.
• With 2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduate or with lessor experience will be considered as Assistant IT Support.
• Experience and knowledge in POS, MS Windows Server, MS Office and common application software will be an asset.
• Knowledge in Web/Database programming required. PHP/MySQL programming experience preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Immediate available is preferred
