We are hiring a passionate SEO, Digital Analyst to help analyst and strategize our SEO plan our global eCommerce search engine to international audiences (especially APAC regions). Our search engine is powered by Big Data & Machine Learning technology to transform cross-border eCommerce for millions of people, with market size over US$100 Billion worldwide.

This candidate will work directly with C-level executives on brainstorming, designing, and implement strategies to increase brand exposure via search engine optimization algorithms. You will have the chance to explore different marketing tools in analyzing behaviors collected fromsocial media, SEM, content marketing, GA , etc.

Responsibilities:

• Report to C-level executive, and work as part of a dedicated team to develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet.
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.
• Analyze key metrics that unit our website traffic and our service quotas.
• Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results, and generating reports on our marketing campaign’s performance.
• Manage art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed).
• Participate in investment fundraising activities & networking events.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, eCommerce or related disciplines.
• 0-3 years of experience with various digital marketing & advertising experiences.
• Pleasant personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of at least one website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both English & Chinese.
• Team player, self-motivated, and open to peer opinions.
• Experience with develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures would be a bonus.
• Experience with eCommerce & online marketplaces operation would be a bonus.
