Job Description

You will work across our projects from initial concept to delivery. You will work closely with the business and application teams/vendors to ensure our digital projects are planned and delivered using the most appropriate technologies, on time and budget. You will be required to provide the internal UX perspective and advice on current digital retail trends and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and estimate the scope and implementation of the new digital retail initiatives
• Coordinate and manage the project resources, timelines and budgets
• Act as the main contact point with stakeholders/vendors across the business in order to manage and facilitate the projects
• Identify potential areas of improvement and ways to enhance the customer experience of the online, offline and mobile platforms
• Ensure quality deliverables are achieved within timeline and meet user requirements and expectation
• Prepare project documentation for user requirements, testing, risk assessment and internal training with business and application team
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and solve project related issues
• Ensure communication of project status to all key stakeholders on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. Less experience can be considered as project lead
• 5 years of experience in project management on digital solution and system integration
• Good understanding of multi-channel retail industry
• Experience in loyalty, eCommerce, social media and other retail technologies is definitely an advantage
• Possess technical knowledge of web service design and development
• Experience in Cloud/digital solution and integration like CRM/POS/Web/Mobile Application
• Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
• A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation and good interpersonal skills
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
