Job Description
Our client is a listed International aviation company with its headquarter in Hong Kong. They are now looking for the high calibre to join their IT team
Responsibilities:
- Report to IT Manager;
- To provide IT support services to end-users in Hong Kong and regional offices
- To provide end users daily operation support and technical support
- To perform hardware and software installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting;
- To conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments for IT installations in defined areas, and provide advice on the operation of elementary physical, procedural and technical security control;
- Promote and assist in the implementation of strategies, policies and procedures of IT Support Service;
- Perform ad hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline;
- Minimum 1 year related work experience;
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Window Server platform and Microsoft Office;
- Outgoing personality with good people skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English; Cantonese and Mandarin; and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
