Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Involved in planning, design, development and maintenance on databases
- Performance Tuning
- Install, configure and maintain the database management systems software
- Implement database backup and recovery procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues
- Skill Transfer of Sybase Knowledge for daily operations
- Patching
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 years or above relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Sybase 12.5.4 & 16 (Solaris Platform)
- Knowledge in MsSQL and Oracle is advantageous
