Job description:

• To lead and manage a team of developers on Java and web mobile application projects
• Review & manage all phases of the project including requirements gathering, design, development, test, and deployment.
• Monitor project scope and resources to meet the project schedule and budget
• Work closely with Clients / Business users to communicate requirements, timelines, change requests, and provide project risk analysis.
• Resolve or escalate issues, risks and problems to the identified authority when the situation so requires

 Job requirement:

• Degree or above in Computer Sciences, IT or related discipline.
• Holder of PMP is a definite advantage
• 3 years or above relevant experience in project management
• Min. 5+ years relevant experience in mobile application / IT project development
• Knowledge on Java, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, MySQL / MSSQL, Mobile application programming, .NET, C#, WPF and other web programming tools preferred.
• Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skill
• Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with analytical mind
• High level of initiative and able to manage multiple projects
• Proven multi-tasking skills and ability to meet critical deadlines
• A good communicator with excellent analytical and presentation skills
• Candidates with less experience could be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
