What’s the job?            

• Training - Be responsible for Sales excellence in APAC, both for new onboarding employees and improving knowledge of the team
• Data Management - Work with APAC sales team to manage and evaluate data accuracy and reporting in salesforce
• Process implementation – Create guides for implementation of new process and monitor usage
• Support - Provide support to employees
• Analytic – Be able to analyze the data and provide sales feedbacks

We’re looking for

A highly organized, motivated and creative individual with strong training and analytical skills, who can join our great team spirit with “Yes we can” approach and a great customer service orientation. Is this you?

Have you accomplished this kind of qualification?

• Experience using salesforce.com
• Certified Advanced Level in Salesforce - Mandatory
• Minimum 3-years’ experience in Sales Operations
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong Analytic skills
• Multitasking capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with the team
• Positive facing attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excel and data manipulation

Not a must but a great advantage

• Experience in the Payments or Online business industry
• Experience in multi-national working environment (collaborating with remote teams)
• Experience with data analytics & BI tools
