Job Descriptions

• Responsible for maintain and manage all aspects of IT technical infrastructure and operations of HK and PRC offices;
• Support the IT infrastructure both in cloud and on-premises;
• Deliver timely, reliable and quality IT solutions to meet business needs;
• Work collaboratively with teams, vendors and users to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly;
• Perform routine administration tasks and services, provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding the in-house system;
• Monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems proactively i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan;
• Provide after-office-hour standby/ emergency support duties as and when required.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in Computing Science or other related disciplines;
• At least 5 years working experience in IT technical support;
• Experience in supporting an infrastructure built on VMWare / Windows platform as well as management of Information Security, firewall appliances, email gateway and VPNs;
• Experience in deploying public cloud (Microsoft Azure / AWS Cloud) services;
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, development of Atlas Report;
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN/WiFi architecture, switching and routing run on Cisco platform;
• Knowledge of WatchGuard, Dell server and storage products would be an advantage;
• A good team player, detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Supervisor.
