Responsibilities:

• Setup and maintenance networking for the company F&B and hospitality project(s)
• Point-of-Sales system implementation and maintenance
• Provide on-site support to company’s projects
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties for I.T. project(s) requirements
• Data recovery setup and maintenance
• Follow the Company’s I.T. SOP and quality standard
• Maintain and manage existing system(s) of the Company
• Prepare system report(s) according to management needs
• Ad-hoc project assigned by management

Requirement

• Fundamental knowledge of Windows and Win Server, hosting, webmail control, router and AP management
• Hands-on experience in in-house IT support is highly preferred
• Experience in F&B and POS system is an advantage
• History in remote control support is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Able to travel to Macau is necessary
• Immediate available is highly preferred
