Responsibility:

• Work closely with Associate Director, Customer Analytics and Data Intelligent Management to achieve the assigned goals by enhancing customer experience and insight along the entire customer journey
• Oversee data ingestion, validation, mining, and engineering work streams, as well as modeling, visualization, and communication
• Use data analytics to help marketing, customer and sales departments to improve sales effectiveness i different touch points
• Work closely with teams to comprising data that balance quantitative and qualitative recommendations
• Work with Digital information from Digital solution to track customer journey and identify opportunities for cross selling and enhance better service quality
• Manage strategic initiatives related to model development, and work closely to the country to guarantee the correct and timely implementation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 8 years of working experience in data mining, data modeling, customer analytics or business analytics, ideally with experience in predictive analytics;
• Experience in Large financial institution (Banking, Insurance...Etc.)
• Exposure to all stage of data analytics project lifecycle (ETL/ Shaping, analysing, developing and tracking):
• Expertise in analytical tools such as Spark, SAS, Hadoop, R, SPPS
• Strong business sense to combine with analytics to help drive decisions
• Good communication skills to technical and business experts, to transform complex data into simple terms
