•Able to work in large business transformative /SI projects using SaaS;

• More than (2) years of Oracle PeopleSoft /eBS HCM/ or similar Talent Management applications experience in Core HR/Payroll/Absence/Workforce/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a consulting role, or equivalent (note: candidates with less experience will also be considered for positions commensurate with their experience and ability);

• Good communications and presentation skills;

• Able to well articulate business processes and functionalities of the relevant module(s) to client;

• Able to analyze complex business processes and design practical solutions and workarounds;

• Lead a team to conduct requirement and gap analysis, collate/compile requirements into specifications;

• Articulate value of Cloud offerings to client and drive implementation of SaaS.

Candidates with lesser experiences will be consider for Junior Technical Consultant role.
