One Senior Data Engineer is hired to lead the data architecture, sitting beside the global decision maker, guide on the new data warehouse projects and contribute to the data readiness and further on business intelligence.

Strong technical foundation in ETL is required while more importantly, we are looking for an entrepreneur with great communication.

Responsibility:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design best data analytics solutions for various business problems.
• Build scalable data backend storage for data we will collect from the mobile OS, from different market segments (from emerging markets to developed markets)
• Build robust data pipelines that collect, process, and compute business metrics from activity data using Spark
• Design the common data architecture asset including framework, principle, guideline and template to guide the delivery team realize an optimized solution
• Work with business analysts and data engineers to build new analysis tools and metrics for measuring product engagement
• Handle projects in Data Analytics, Visualization, Machine Learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience 
• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, computer science, machine learning, or statistics
• Extensive experience with one or more of the follow frameworks. (Spark, Druid, Hadoop, HBase, Kafka)
• Experience of working in a worldwide environment
• Results oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent oral and written English
