Job Duties

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• Participate and support the software applications (e.g POS, Warehouse management);
• Liaise with vendors for technical issues resolutions;
• Perform application testing, system setup, user training and system upgrade as according to business requirement and priorities;
• Provide 1^st line application and remote support for retail stores during normal shop operation hours including public holidays when needed;
• Prepare and maintain documentation of procedures, user test cases, user manuals and troubleshooting cases with associated resolutions;
• Assist to support yearly stock take program management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holders in Information Technology or equivalentl
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in retail POS application support, data analysis;
• Knowledge in Microsoft SQL database for data extraction, verification and troubleshooting;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Good command in English and native Cantonese;
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
