Responsibilities:

• Perform routine order management procedures (e.g. Overdue orders management) by coordinating with colleagues in China and South-East Asia
• Provide visibility to management by designing and maintaining Key Performance Index (KPI) dashboards
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for management and prepare presentation materials
• Identify operational non-compliance with support of data and feedback to relevant parties (e.g. Logistics) for follow-up

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant discipline
• At least 2 years of full time experience in data analysis / performance management roles in E-commerce / Logistics / Retail industry
• Excellent skills in number-crunching, critical thinking and problem solving
• Detail minded and able to handle large amount of data
• Excellent presentation skills, particularly able to present data in an organized way 
• Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Excel (ability to handle complex formula is a must)

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Qliksense / PowerBI) is an advantage
• Experience in preparing process flow charts or dashboard is an advantage
