Responsibilities

• Report to Director of IT and supervise IT staff
• Provide operation, administration and support of the network, servers and security infrastructure
• Coordinate IT projects with IT Management in terms of scope and schedule.
• Evaluate functional and technological choices to ensure the best compromise between the businesses and technical requirements and the costs and risks control
• Assist to formulate and implement of IT policies and guidelines
• Implement IT security controls and provide IT security support
• Assist website development and maintenance
• Liaise with external vendors
• Assist compilation and management of IT budget, projects, operation procedures and other IT related documentations

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years IT experience including 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in system administration of Windows/Linux server, and application/webpage/Mobile Apps development with ASP, JavaScript, VB, PHP, MySQL database and Excel VBA programming
• Experience in database administration, e.g. MS SQL, Sybase, MySQL
• Experience in OMS / WMS and infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) development project
• Excellent knowledge of current protocols and standards including Active Directory, Group Policies, Office 365, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery Plan
• Proficient in security, networking and general backend applications management such as Firewall, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi, SSL/IPsec, VPN, backup solution, anti-virus &anti-spam
• Knowledge in Windows applications, e.g. MS Office, Visio, Adobe CS
• Good analytical, communication, problem solving, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Mature, a good team player, self-motivated, need to have a positive attitude to handle ad hoc cases and duties as assigned
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
