Duties

• Deliver daily technical support and implement projects for networks and servers infrastructures
• Improve support and management processes
• Improve systems management processes
• Perform assessments and improvement plans
• Optimize infrastructure
• Follow incident and problem management process including problem isolation, service resumption, diagnosis, root-cause analysis & reporting
• Handle customer requirements including end-to-end implementation, on-going support and documentation
• Communicate with customers, vendors and internal support teams for project implementation and other technical support
• On-call support to customers in case of incidents

     Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
• 7+ years as a hands-on engineer implementing, designing and supporting a large enterprise network is required
• Experience in managing Windows servers, VMware & MS/VCSClustering
• Familiar with HP, Dell and IBM servers
• In-depth ITIL knowledge
• Certifications - ITIL, PMP, CCNP, MCSE, MCITP, VC5, CISA, CISM, CEH, CISSP, etc are an advantage
• Experience in PowerShell scripting, MS Hyper-V, MS Exchange, SharePoint or Active Directory
• Advanced working expertise of LAN technologies (HSRP, VRRP, STP,VLANs and IP-subnetting)
• Good working knowledge of network cabling infrastructure and specifications
• Experience with L2, L3, L7 Firewalls, Wireless controllers, Proxies, Filters, and Network Monitoring and Management tools
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
